A unique process has been developed to caramelise these almonds step by step in large copper kettles - over an open fire - and then transform them with the best ingredients, as well as the finest aromas, into small delicacies with a crisp crust. Only one of the most expensive almonds on the market, Spanish Largueta, is used - these provide the ultimate base for these delicious, premium almonds.
